Can you duplicate a hard drive using Windows 11, transfer it to an SSD, and install it on another machine?

Mostly, no.
Cloning isn't much different from attempting to transfer the original physical drive.
A Windows installation isn't as flexible as we'd prefer.
When you try this, you'll encounter three main results:
1. It functions perfectly
2. It completely fails
3. It seems to work, but problems persist for weeks or months.
I've experienced all three scenarios.
The more distinct the hardware differences are, the higher the chances of success decrease.
Simply perform a fresh installation on the new hardware.

The license for the hdd clone is tied to the original motherboard, which means it may not appear as activated on another system. You'll still have to buy an additional license.
