Cloned Windows 10 from SSD to M.2 storage has revealed a large recovery partition.
Imagine being a child in a nuclear reactor control room. There are lots of buttons to press, and you want to try everything. But in the windows manager it feels like a simple toy phone—very limited, just basic tasks.
Select the desired partition by right-clicking, not the empty area. Also unsure if this will work given your recovery partition in the middle and the unallocated space.
I attempted it. It seems the unallocated area didn't activate a new boot partition choice. I plan to try a more advanced software option and check if it works.
Utilize the Minitool Partition Wizard for seamless partition extension. For cloning, opt for a more advanced solution such as Macrium Reflect. Boot from the rescue USB generated by this tool to define partition sizes before starting the process.
