Hi, yes it's possible. You can clone the Boot SSD to the second SSD while leaving out the large folder on the first drive. After the cloning process, the second drive will be ready for use and will contain exactly the same data as the original boot drive, without that 450GB section. No backup device needed. Only full disks or partitions can be cloned, not specific files or folders.

You're looking for a way to boot into Windows 10 without installing it from an ISO or using the first drive's OS. You want the second drive to work directly, possibly with hardware drivers already set up so it starts immediately. This avoids the usual installation process and lets you skip the USB installation step.

Instead of using USB, it's better to prepare the system first with sysprep before installing. I'll go ahead with a fresh installation here.

With Acronis True Image you can create clones while omitting certain directories. It’s free with a Crucial SSD, though there are also standalone options for Sabrent and Western Digital.
