It seems your Ryzen once boosted to higher speeds during gaming but now maintains a steadier 3.518MHz. The temperature readings are within normal ranges, and the system handles performance well with PBO and AMD Cool n Quiet enabled. No major changes in BIOS or chipset drivers have been made recently. It might be related to thermal management or firmware updates. Checking for any recent BIOS revisions could help.

Also verify the BIOS for any newer version available.

Are you considering skipping the BIOS update? You might prefer removing your existing chipset and installing the latest version instead. Updating can be a bit daunting, so it’s understandable to want a simpler approach.

The issue might be resolved with a chipset driver update, but since Ryzen’s environment isn’t as developed as Intel’s, additional patches are still necessary even without new security vulnerabilities.
