I activated cool n quit and global C control in my BIOS to reduce clock speeds, which lowered both BIOS and IDLE temperatures on Intel Core i7 and boosted performance in Ryzen Master. When gaming, boosting to 3.8-4GHz instead of 4.8-4.2GHz makes a noticeable difference—should I worry about it?
