In the CPU Z stress test, the clock halted at 4.18-4.19ghz? That’s typical? Temperatures are around 80°C, and I haven’t noticed any thermal throttling. According to Intel’s site, a maximum turbo speed of 12.6GHz would push it to 4.9GHz. Your specs match that range.

Yes, with a stable 4.19GHz core clock, it should function normally.

You can confirm performance by running the CPU-Z benchmark and observing the single-core speed during the test.
