I adjusted my I7-10750H's base clock using QuickCPU to 3.20GHz, but it hit 85°C. Should I lower it to 3.00GHz? Share the update for a temperature check! Video available on Reddit.

Just because it runs at 3.2GHz doesn't mean you increased its base clock, unless your laptop allows overclocking, it's just using its turbo frequency more. Temperature remains acceptable, don't be concerned if it doesn't slow down.
