I've noticed this transparent box appearing behind videos across various platforms. It slides off the screen when I scroll and disappears after a while. I've tested it in private browsing without extensions, on a fresh Chrome setup with no add-ons, and even on Edge. It seems to be a Windows feature rather than an extension issue. The box appears only when the video is displayed on a second monitor, not on the primary display. No one else seems to have reported similar problems online.
