I wasn't aware of any source for that specific wallpaper. You might need to search within your installation media or check with previous users who installed Windows 10. Let me know if you'd like help with anything else!

Lol, the final version of Windows came from a retired blast furnace. If I want to build my own theme, it’s going to be solid.
