UPDATE: seller has contacted me on amazon and confirmed that the ram has 8 chips total with 4 chips on both sides, which means it is 1Rx8. Also gskill usa has responded to my email saying that specifications vary as per stock, so it means that one has to always ask the seller first to make sure what they're getting. I have been looking for a second stick to make dual channel, the ram already soldered on my system is 1Rx8 crucial 8gb 3200mhz, model name "8atf1g64hz-3g2j1". I have been looking at this gskill ram ( Amazon.in: Buy G.SKILL Ripjaws SO-DIMM 8GB (1 * 8GB) DDR4 3200MHz CL22-22-22 1.20V Laptop Memory RAM - F4-3200C22S-8GRS Online at Low Prices in India | G.Skill Reviews & Ratings ) currently, its model number is " F4-3200C22S-8GRS". Can anyone help me with if this ram is 1Rx8 or 1Rx16? My apologies if the format isnt good enough, this is my first post here. Below are the zentimings of both rams, the model number is in the bottom of each screenshot so you can understand which memory stick's specs you're looking at.
