Hello, I'm just beginning to use my LG ultrawide monitor at 2560x1080 resolution. I'm seeing black bars on the sides and it doesn't fill the entire screen. I lowered the resolution to 1080 but it still looks distorted. I adjusted the settings and tried enabling window mode, but nothing changed. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Use windowed mode instead of full screen.

Did you save into a game? It seems Anno’s menus are consistently 16:9. Are you able to choose the correct resolution? If yes, check your display drivers and see if any adjustments can be made. Sometimes they attempt to automatically change the aspect ratio to match the screen. Good luck!
