Hello, welcome! I checked your setup and the numbers seem to be within typical ranges. Your CPU temperature stays at a safe level with no throttling, and power usage matches expectations. Everything looks fine for a new PC.

Cinebench 2024 should deliver significantly better performance on a multicore setup. The 118W power draw is quite modest. My recent scores (R23 remains popular) typically reached around 1700 for multicore, while my older 7900x averaged about 200-214W. (-40 all-core underclocking) I’m wondering if the CPU reaches full utilization across all 12 cores during the multicore benchmark? Is Eco mode not active?

I noticed later that I could use the reply. Basically the BIOS looks standard, with XMP and ReBAR enabled, while others haven’t been adjusted. My tests showed a 5-minute MultiCore (831 points) and 5-minute SingleCore (116 points). In Task Manager all cores are under 20%. HWiNFO.CSV is available.

I can't directly take a screenshot for you, but you can open Task Manager, go to the Performance tab, and look at the CPU section. If you need help interpreting the data or adjusting settings, just let me know!

You begin a MC test and all cores display 100%. In the ECO test, the results are unclear. When you open Ryzer Master, you notice certain values during testing; it seems the PPT is capped at 50%, though I’m not an expert on its purpose.

Your issue needs attention. You require 12 cores plus 24 logical processors. Are you sure you haven’t altered the BIOS settings? Is it recent? Have you modified any configurations in Windows?

In Ryzen Master there is a CCD0 component. You also have a CCD1 available. Both can be expanded for more details.

The bios date is 24/07/2024. I faced issues with XMP recently, so I refreshed the CMOS and turned it on. It seems the CPU was configured for 12 cores, but I unchecked that setting and restarted now.

Yes there is also a CCD 1. And all the cores are now shown correctly. Thank you, I did notice something was off but didn't realize
