That's the W1, the second worse PSU that EVGA sells. It is possible that this will prevent a stable overclock of this kind.

It seems this power supply is rated for 80 plus, which isn't necessarily great. It's on average, but 1.3 might be a bit high. Consider going with 1.2 instead.
