I don’t really see any change... You might want to reinstall Chrome again, but be sure to remove every file related to it. Check your program folders and delete anything in C:\ that remains.

I've faced the same problem for a while, and besides switching browsers or using VLC, nothing resolved it. It begins normally but around the 10-second mark the video suddenly becomes extremely sharp and distorted, which occurs with almost every flash clip. I'm considering reporting it as a bug, but honestly I'm unsure how to clearly describe the issue.
