Rejecting closed systems because they limit my software and basic operations. Laptops in similar price ranges are available, so switching to a Chromebook isn't necessary.

When working only with Google Apps, or using Google Drive and Sheets for writing documents, that’s acceptable. However, if you have access to a Windows laptop or tablet at a similar cost, it’s worth considering.
