I already attempted to remove the cache and cookies. It seems to work only with Chrome. I assumed it might affect other browsers too, since I tried opening it on my dad’s computer and on my sisters’ devices, but they all experienced the same problem.
I experienced this before too. Switching to Firefox for a few days usually fixes it on its own.
It seems the issue began when you accessed the router settings, and it functioned again mysteriously.
