Here's a small video of what I mean, showed up after I installed a second 8x RAM. Since have removed it
What I've tried so far
Reset PC/Update all drivers
Reinstall the games
Run games from HDD/SSD
Reinstalling the RAM/Changing the slots
Problem shows up on The Division, Wildlands, Warframe and CSGO. Doesn't appear on Battlefield 4 surprisingly. Here's a video to explain it better.

PC Specs :
GTX 1050Ti 4GB
8GB HyperX Ram
1TB HDD/128GB SSD
i5 - 8300H 2.1Ghz (4.0 with Turbo)
OS : Windows 10 Home Edition
P.S All drivers have been updated, using the built in sound driver because the Realtek driver was giving me issues. No mouse drivers installed - I use Synapse 3, normally.

Does this occur exclusively in digital games? Also, did you install a different stick of RAM, or is it the same as your other one?

Also encountered problems in offline games such as Wildlands. I've only tried these 3-4 titles so far. My new RAM setup remains the same – 2666Mhz, 240PIN SODIMM, 8GB. I changed the RAM modules for testing but the issue persists. Swapped the slots but nothing has improved.

I've never encountered anything similar. Are the frame rates actually good in games? It seems like you're experiencing high frame rates but still have 300 ping during singleplayer sessions. How about the monitor? Have you experimented with different cables or even another display?

I looked into my ping on CSGO and noticed the same issue—consistent 80 ping, minimal loss or choke, and around 300 fps. FPS hasn’t dropped significantly except during my usual sessions. I’m using a laptop, specifically the Predator Helios 300. It’s really puzzling what’s going on; I’ve even changed the power source without any improvement.

Because you're on a laptop, it's likely using WiFi. Would you like to test with an Ethernet cable directly from your router? Try it again and let me know what happens.
