The 3600 kit's delay is almost identical (8.88ns vs 9.01ns), making the faster version a better choice.

They match my perspective. If you turn on XMP/DOCP profiles with either kit and choose either 3600MHz or 3733MHz, you'll get identical timing results. The 1866MHz FCLK won't work as well with most CPUs compared to the 1800MHz option, so unless you're okay changing a few settings, the 3600MHz kit is the better choice.
