Noctua offers a black variant of the NH-D15. If you’re okay with the standard look, the NH-U12A is much lighter while still providing strong cooling. You could also skip the Samsung tax and choose one of these SSD options:

I’d mention that Noctua dh15 is a typical “big air” cooler. There are many others in that range. I know if you’re in the EU, there’s a chilly model around $55. In the US, the macho le grande offers similar performance at a more affordable price.
