These settings allow older operating systems like Windows 7 (even Windows XP) to run without issues, rather than newer versions such as Windows 8 or 10. This means the system is configured for legacy compatibility, which may limit features like secure boot and fast startup performance if you try to install Windows 10.

It's understandable, but opening BIOS for the first time can be intimidating, especially without prior experience. I'm hoping I don't make any mistakes. Thanks!

Ensure you avoid handling voltages, frequencies, and fan speeds. Set the date and time accordingly. The motherboard includes an instruction manual with diagrams and explanations. Feel free to ask if you have any concerns about a setting.
