as mentioned, the wine cfg command doesn't function properly with proton and it really didn't work well with winstricks. bl3, lanoire is the only fully unlaunchable game I've encountered so far. epic store is already an anti-Linux platform; essentially the same game exists, but you must install additional components to make the launcher operational.

This resource could be helpful. It acts as a wrapper for winetricks and proton. Any projects needing Media Foundation must be installed through the provided links. Epic Launcher is uncertain; a Lutris install script exists on the site, but the wine version has had problems previously. After setup, I often switch to system Wine after it finishes. This works well with my setup (chaotic-aur/wine-tkg-staging-fsync-vkd3d-git), though results may vary. For users outside Arch, a GloriousEggroll build seems reliable. My experience is mainly with Arch-based TKG packages, so I can't generalize for other distributions. The kernel used also impacts titles like ARK.
