It seems like you're comparing two options and are leaning toward the first one. If you're focusing on gaming, the 3600 might be the better choice. This is my strong opinion, especially if it's in America.

If you find better offers in 2700x, consider it. For mobile and CPU bundles, I recommend those too. However, based on what you’re currently playing, it’s best to get the R5 3600. Pair it with 16GB RAM at 3200MHz or 3600MHz.
