Hey everyone! I'm building a budget server for a farming sim and possibly Minecraft, aiming for the lowest cost. I’m expecting around 8 players online at once. I’m planning 16 GB of RAM and have a choice between a Ryzen 5 3600 with GTX710 and a Ryzen 5 3400G. My main concern is whether the extra cores/threads on the 3600 will actually help since we won’t have many players. Any suggestions on which one to pick? Thanks!

For the Minecraft server, getting it up and running is quite straightforward. It operates as a single-threaded process on its own. The setup should work fine with a stock X5670 CPU, though a 3200G or even a 3000G would likely be sufficient.
