I compared two MSI boards using the b550 chipset: the b550 Gaming Carbon Wi-Fi and the b550 Unify. The b550 Gaming Carbon Wi-Fi seems more suitable for pairing with a Ryzen 5 5600x.

It varies based on your requirements. The Unify offers 4 M.2 slots and 4 USB 2.0 ports, whereas the carbon provides 2 slots and 2 ports. If those details aren't crucial, choose the Carbon for its lower cost. Both have 250A VRMs, which comfortably supports a 5900X and more than enough for your 5600X.
