I compare these two RAM models at the same cost. The main distinction lies in their clock speeds. Initially, I considered getting the CL18, but later realized its timing was actually inferior. Now I’m uncertain whether the CL19 offers superior performance or if the CL18 has better speed despite slower timing. In the end, this difference won’t affect real-world usage, but since both are available under 100€, I aim to choose wisely (and it’s possible these chips are identical).
