It seems the system is likely using ECC, and the T3500 relies solely on unbuffered RAM, which could be the cause of the problem.

That's my suspicion as well, as I was trying to see if the RAM is registered. Unfortunately information on the RAMs nor the OWC websites doesn't show any information.... sad... Now those RAMs is going to be in the RAM draws with my DDR2 rams...ROFL....
