I posted about the post-coupe days and asked for recommendations. I recently completed Sydnicate and don’t enjoy missions outside of sequences, so I’m looking for a fresh game.
You enjoyed 2 and Brotherhood, Revelations, and 2, Brotherhood, Revelations. How did you like Syndicate compared to other action games you've tried?
I own several titles including AC1, 2, Revelations, 3, 4, Syndicate and Unity. I’d recommend going with Revelations—it might not look as sharp, but it should run smoother. I’ve seen people get frustrated with Unity because of technical issues, so it’s worth checking why it’s not working. Honestly, Revelations has a strong, memorable character, so there’s no real risk. Plus, it’s likely more affordable than Unity.
Revelations stems from the fact that Unity mainly consists of small, quick tasks. For those unfamiliar with Black Flag, it's one of the top AC titles, packed with engaging characters and story-rich missions. It also offers a visually appealing design and a wide range of gameplay options. The Ezio trilogy and Black Flag represent the pinnacle of the series. Revelations marks the conclusion of the Ezio trilogy. If you haven't experienced AC2 and Brotherhood, complete those first before diving into Revelations.
