Consider cloning the SSD to keep your apps and files intact, unless you prefer a fresh setup. For a free installation, activate Windows and Office via your Microsoft account after the install completes.

I usually opt for a complete setup, even though I prefer a fresh install. It’s enjoyable for some reason, hehe. Regarding activating Windows and Office, once you install Windows and log in with your MS account, the system will automatically activate, and the same applies to Office.

For those who don’t have time to set up the OS from scratch, use Macrium Reflect. It lets you back up and restore your system to a new drive. https://www.macrium.com/reflectfree After restoring, just log into your Microsoft account to reactivate Windows.
