One consumer wireless router won't suffice for covering three floors. You'll need additional APs to bridge the gaps. Consider factors like home construction, layout, and room dimensions. A standard ranch-style home in the US may work with two strategically placed APs, but a similar home with concrete walls elsewhere would demand more. I haven’t used Tenda or Xiaomi before. Tenda appears to be a very affordable brand, so adjust your expectations accordingly. Xiaomi is popular in Asia for its phones, so I’m not overly confident in their network gear. If these brands fit your budget and availability, give them a try. For better options, look for alternatives in your area.
