Skip AMD and check out the Intel Core i5-11400-26 with 11400 MHz. It outperforms a 3600 and matches a 5600X. For a B560 motherboard, see the recommended options listed.

The 5600g runs a bit more slowly than a similar 5600X but still beats a 3600. I suggest choosing the 5600G if the price is right. If you're planning to build a new setup, you might also think about an Intel platform like a core i5.
