Choose between the interstellar epic of Mass Effect and the tactical missions of Ghost Recon.
Ghost Recon Wildlands was recently released, and I've noticed it's a solid choice for group play. The trailers for Mass Effect Andromeda look promising, while first impressions seem appealing too. As a student, I can't afford both, so if I had to pick, which would I choose and why? I also have friends who already own Wildlands.
Mass Effect Andromeda! I've tried all three previous ME titles, and I'm really looking forward to this new one. I think it could be even better. Also, playing Wildlands would be much more fun with friends, which is another reason I'm excited.
Woodlands offers a lively vibe. Mass Effect probably won’t appeal to me because the series ended with a bitter note, making decisions feel unimportant overall.
Mass Effect definitely stands out. The main difference lies in their style—one leans heavily on multiplayer while the other focuses more on exploration. GR is all about teamwork but the AI isn’t great. ME tends to be more about personal experience. It really comes down to what kind of game you’re into.
My interest in Wildlands is very low, so it's clear what I'd prefer to play instead. If you really must pick between the two, I suggest holding off until Andromeda is gone and checking the reviews and PC performance reports.
