I would opt for the Gigabyte B760M AORUS ELITE AX. It offers solid thermal headroom and power efficiency, which aligns with your preference for stability and quiet operation. The specs match your needs for an Intel i5-13600K setup without overclocking. Using a wired connection instead of Wi-Fi also supports a quieter build environment.

They’re both okay options; I’d pick the cheaper one, probably the Sonic board since I prefer boards with a cool appearance. In reality, they’re both too bulky for high-performance use, so the VRMs should stay within safe temperatures. It doesn’t seem like either offers much better voltage stability compared to the other.

The sonic model is certainly not inexpensive, but if you appreciate the look, it's worth it. Both are excellent and can handle 13600K, though I’d choose the more affordable one here since the cheaper board is already solid.
