I’m keeping my 9950X, it’s more than enough for my 5090 with 4K gaming. I have a secondary setup with a 9900X, 9070 XT, and 64GB RAM (6000Mhz CL.30) for other tasks like Blender, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, video editing/encoding, and Photoshop. On my main system I only use Blender, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, video editing/encoding, and Photoshop unless a project is too demanding. I’m considering a KVM switch so I don’t have to switch my mouse and keyboard, since I often work on the secondary PC while playing on the main one. lmao
