I’d pick the Ryzen, while you focus on gaming only. Neither seems right for gaming. I'd opt for a 3300x instead of 2600, which would run better. Skip the 9400f because it's on a platform that won't get updates. It's pretty outdated. But if you can only choose from what's available, go with 2600.
