Hey everyone, I'm trying to understand the safest way to optimize my PC without breaking anything. It's been about four years since I last made changes, and it's still running Warzone, CS2, Tarkov, and Siege. I'm noticing stutters mainly in Warzone, which is bothering me. I've heard about tools like Hone.gg that claim to help, but I'm not sure if they work for me. My current performance is around 130 FPS in Warzone, but it's not stable. I've listed my setup below if anyone has advice or suggestions to improve stability. Thanks!

You're noticing these interruptions in gameplay. They might be related to a specific game or app, and they could appear as brief pauses or visual glitches. Checking your HDD for installed games might help explain why texture data isn't loading quickly enough, causing these stutters.

Optimization costs aren't justified for the average user. You're not experiencing performance problems, but rather hardware limitations. Monitor your RAM and storage usage while gaming to spot any lag spikes. It seems adding more RAM would help, though 16 gigabytes might be sufficient. However, if your software is heavily consuming resources, consider upgrading to a faster storage option. A 256GB NVMe drive likely serves your operating system, and using an older HDD for bulk storage could improve efficiency. This setup gives you flexibility to add more NVMe space later if needed. Given your limited gaming activity, I question the necessity of such upgrades.

Consider other options besides powerlinks. You might explore wired Ethernet cables or wireless alternatives like Wi-Fi routers.

Yes, you can connect an Ethernet cable to one of the power links. Your Wi-Fi node is positioned near your PC, with an Ethernet cable already running from it to your computer.
