I dedicated over 300 hours to every game. The unique features in 3 make it stand out compared to GTA 5, and the campaign is quite enjoyable. GTA 5 also has solid elements. I tend to prefer Just Cause 3 more.
Hands down GTA V they just got an update for it hence sale and it is great. GTA Online is Awesome!
They've invested a lot of effort into GTA, and there are plenty of mods available if you're purchasing it for PC. I'd definitely choose that game. I recently bought it again for Xbox One. Although the main goal is to earn money, focusing on that can make it feel less rewarding. It doesn't seem worth the investment. Just enjoy the game and work your way through it.
JC3 offers a savings compared to GTA. Using less than half of your $50 Steam card makes it a more cost-effective choice.
