You should consider the performance differences between those settings. Running at 4000 in gear 1 may offer better efficiency, while 4400 in gear 2 could provide more power but might strain your system. It depends on your specific needs and vehicle condition.

Check CPU, motherboard, and RAM options. Pick the one that works well with your board. Avoid XMP profiles and RAM overclocking unless necessary.

It varies based on the games played and configurations. For a lower-detail competitive player, the reduced latency equipment in lower modes would probably suit best. If you mainly rely on GPU-intensive settings or higher resolutions, both options can work well.

It varies based on your needs. Gear 2 runs the memory controller slower, which boosts memory speed but adds latency and reduces bandwidth. At 4400MHz it begins to outperform Gear 1 in bandwidth, making it a good choice if your tasks rely heavily on memory speed. For gaming, Gear 1 tends to be more suitable.

It's mainly for casual use—light gaming, emails, streaming—and not a high-performance setup. A 400 MHz boost might help a bit with speed, but it probably isn't worth the cost unless you notice a noticeable difference.
