You could obtain BF3 at no cost and BF4 offers 168 free hours of playtime, which for some casual gamers is more than sufficient.

You're referring to a significant change in the game compared to its earlier versions. Star Wars Battlefront 2 was released in 2005 and has evolved considerably over the past decade.

Think about Fallout 3 first before jumping into F4. You might not enjoy the genre, and even a great game can’t fix that. SWBF3 feels like a safe bet—it’s another typical shooter with a Star Wars theme, which most people seem to like. It didn’t live up to the older titles, but that’s okay with everyone.

I’d choose Fo4 instantly, but it’s better to select the option you prefer most.

I’ve always preferred Star Wars over the bleak, post-apocalyptic vibe. Mad Max had some nice charm, though.

Plan ahead and keep an eye on upcoming releases. We don’t have any real insight into the experience or performance, especially given Bethesda’s history with bugs and performance issues. As a big fan of Fallout, I’ve saved up $60, but I’ll wait until the official launch to assess the game.

Meanwhile, Battlefront is expected to drop a discount or sale soon after its release, similar to Crysis 3 and Titanfall. You have two options: either grab Battlefront now so you can play it before the price drop, or wait for Fallout 4 and then pick up Battlefront when it’s on sale.

If you’re not really into Fallout 4 yet, it might be a good idea to wait. Once you do play the game, you’ll know what to expect. Since you’ve already tried Battlefront’s beta, you’ll have a clearer idea of what to look forward to.

Most of the mods and DLC will likely be available by then, so you can decide whether to buy Fallout 4 and its season pass or wait for a special edition with all the content included. The main downside is you’ll need to skip most spoilers until then, but the series tends to focus more on adventure than story. If you do catch up, you’ll probably still have a good time. Good luck!

It’s completely different from Battlefield—it doesn’t resemble its appearance, experience, gameplay, or audio at all.

I've mentioned this earlier; otherwise it's probably Battlefield 5.
