You just purchased the newly launched ASUS TUF Gaming X570-PRO from Amazon. While you’re interested in the MSI Tomahawk, it tends to sell out fast. This ASUS model appears comparable, but there’s limited feedback available because it’s relatively new. Would anyone here share their opinions? It matches the MSRP of the MSI version at $219.99 USD.
The Asus Pro looks like a solid option. I owned one with a 3600x earlier—my mistake was using the wrong socket—and now I’m getting one for my 5950x. It might become my permanent setup since most X570 boards are top-notch. The Pro version is the TUF gaming plus with improved cooling and better parts, and it’s newer, so I’d likely choose that if available. Edit: Just checking again—does it seem like the Pro is hard to find? The TUF gaming plus and plus wif are pretty similar, or you could go for MSI too; both are solid choices.
I meant the Tomahawk is difficult to obtain since I've been searching for a month. I wasn't aware that ASUS launched the TUF Pro until recently, and there aren't many personal reviews or opinions about it yet because it's so new. I did place an order, probably feeling some buyer's remorse because I'm really impatient.

the distinction exists between gaming-pro and gaming-plus, which could be relevant. pro uses a c header on the front panel while gaming-plus does not.
It closely resembles the TUF Plus with upgraded internet adapter features (1Gb and Wi-Fi 5 to 2.5Gb and Wi-Fi 6) and a bigger VRM heatsink (which shouldn’t significantly impact its VRM rating). I’m unsure if the real overclocking capabilities will differ much compared to the Tomahawk, though it may lag behind it in that area.
