I agree with xAcid9, both are excellent. AC really works better. (By the way, steering wheel is essential for AC in my opinion)

Gain additional material, and even more with mods. You can glide in AC. Dirt Rally feels more like a sim than a simcade.

Dirt is way more enjoyable, and if you're after a great sim, Project Cars is definitely a solid choice.
