It's worth mentioning it isn't a huge problem, though it's worth keeping in mind. It's not the same as the 4C/4T approach, which is generally not advisable unless there are no other alternatives.

There are various performance tiers, and 4/4 might face challenges in modern games. I recently sold my 5675C model, which was tough, and I’m not excited about tackling the same on the 6600k. While I don’t fully support the claim about new products, it seems more accurate for used items: "There are no bad products, only bad prices." At a reasonable price, someone will be willing to buy it.
