There seems to be some uncertainty here, especially with the available WiFi channel options of 20, 40, 80, and 160Mhz. It might be a mistake in the router interface. A device that works with higher frequencies can also handle lower ones. I haven't seen anyone using channels above 80Mhz, which is the most typical setting. It's also important to note that 2.4Ghz only supports 20 and 40Mhz, and generally only 20Mhz is practical since there are just three usable channels at that frequency. If it adheres to regulations, using 40Mhz would conflict with nearby networks that are already using the other channels, preventing interference and ensuring better performance for everyone.

It's strange your modem lists 161 Mhz. I checked many sources and it doesn't appear there.
