Consider using automatic repair; otherwise, you may need to erase and reinstall windows.

Unique experience encountered never before. Research indicates updating graphics drivers might help. Attempt booting in safe mode following the provided instructions (methods 2 or 3) – https://www.digitalcitizen.life/4-ways-b...indows-10/. The system should now access the recovery environment. If you have another machine, download a utility from a USB to clear graphics card drivers. After entering safe mode, connect your USB and execute the tool. Once completed, restart the PC and Windows should fall back to the default display driver. Consider reinstalling the graphics card driver if needed.
