These Aorus boards seem solid options. For your setup, a 3080 is a great choice and you might want to upgrade the motherboard and CPU if you plan to play more demanding games. Since you use the PC for regular tasks and not heavy video work, the Master board could be a good fit. If you're considering alternatives, similar Asus or MSI models often deliver strong performance too.
You're missing out on value by moving up from the 9900KF. That chip is still solid, and the 10900K isn't significantly superior unless you're targeting a specific need. The 9900K only marginally underperforms the 10900K, which is expected. You can easily overclock the 9900K to perform much better than the 10900K, making the upgrade less of a game-changer.
It's a solid suggestion. I've been eager to replace most of my hardware recently. I dislike missing out on newer options, but I also understand the timing. The upcoming 11th generation Intel CPUs are slated for release in the first half of next year. Getting one then would really prevent wasting money on an outdated 10900K upgrade.
