You're looking for a graphical user interface. I appreciate Manjaro, though it could feel quite heavy with certain distributions, which is why I recommended Mint or Lubuntu. Give them a try.

I prefer mint because it's simple to set up, but lubuntu and manjaro work well too.

I suggest Manjaro KDE or Manjaro XFCE. KDE is lighter now and can run on older systems, while it feels quite similar to Windows 7. You’ll have six Firefox tabs open, Spotify playing, and the window manager active. On my machine, I’m using about 2GB memory and just 2% CPU—though this is running on a Ryzen 3600. Choosing Manjaro gives you access to one of the biggest repositories and wikis in the Linux world, plus the latest software updates.
