Consider upgrading with a cooler or liquid cooling system to manage the high temperatures. A better air cooler or a more efficient fan setup could help maintain stable temps during gaming.

I can record the necessary dimensions, especially the highest cooler elevation. Images from the opposite side could help clarify compatibility and limitations.

Its quite possible that its proprietary. OEM prebuilds like these are known for that, building the backplate of the cooler into the case itself. If you take measurements of the dimensions of the holes, you might be able to mount a watercooler on it with a bit of creativity.

It would be better to aim a fan at the side of the case where the panel is removed. A fresh cooler would lack proper airflow, featuring a solid front and just one exhaust fan.

A fresh cooler isn't ideal for these kinds of prebuilt setups. You'll face proprietary installation, restricted room size, and poor ventilation—even a new cooler would struggle. But if you haven't already, reapplying adhesive might help lower temperatures while gaming. Doing it now could resolve the overheating issue.
