I realized there might be a chance for me in the hwbot OC championship. I’m thinking about purchasing a Celeron D Cheddar Mill because it looks like my current processor doesn’t support older models. I want to know how these Cheddar Mill CPUs compare to Pentium D. My Pentium D reached around 5.65g with about 1.85V, and I think it could run at 1.88V. There’s only a small extra margin of 200mV headroom, which seems tight. I suspect these chips won’t work with my EP45 DS4P even though it runs fine on my Pentium, which maxes out at 2.3V—probably because the 65nm process handles higher voltages better. I need more than just 2.1V to get a good boot. Also, how can I make them work with my Pentium? Maybe a BIOS update or something?

I understand it's not Chedder Mill since the vibe feels more like Wisconsin, USA with some original content. Maybe check Warp9-system for the right info. A bios file could be in the repo—reach out to Mr.Scott if you need help. Otherwise, I'm not sure on the spot. Good luck!

I was considering that we might end up doing some genuine "Taking a whizz-cheesey" original content creation.
