I'm referring to issues like taskbars vanishing on secondary screens, start menu freezes or disappearing, fullscreen games crashing, Explorer malfunctions, Bluetooth headphones cutting out unexpectedly while playing music loudly in class, and Windows updates getting stuck needing monthly reinstalls. It seems the problem isn't hardware-related. I tried running Linux on both systems, which worked perfectly, but some apps I needed weren't supported.
