The GPU utilization percentage doesn't always reflect accuracy because it only shows how much time it's occupied, not its overall performance. Typically, a CPU has more flexibility in handling workloads than a GPU does. If a CPU reaches 100% usage, it usually means it's not fast enough to handle the tasks being assigned.
