Hello, I'm looking to upgrade my PC. I'm checking if the Intel Core i3 10100F with LGA 1200 socket works with a 1150 socket motherboard. Anyone have advice?

Consider waiting a few months to check the prices of 12th-gen Intel chips without K at the end—they might be more affordable. If you need to replace your motherboard, it’s better to upgrade to the newest generation or switch to AMD’s AM4 socket with Ryzen processors.
